cat666
Just train slayer and make sure you use an attack option with your dragon scimmy/dragon long. Trust the Gene Genie!
Enzock
A mace is a horrible weapon for training. Sell it and buy a dragon scimmy (if you've done money madness, which is highly worthwhile) or a dragon long. Slayer makes it less boring, or you can kill flesh crawlers in the stronghold of security. Very easy, and great herb drops. Proud Leader of the Corruption Clan. PM me to set up a fight or for any queries relating to my clan.
Zeltax
Slayer, it really is as simple as that! ;) Remember, remember, the fifth of November...
Kazel
You could either do Slayer (which would take food) or Experiments (in the Creature of Fenkenstrain dungeon, and which would take hardly any food at all). I'd recommend getting a Dragon Scimitar (if you've finished Monkey Madness) or a Dragon Long to train better. SLAYERGEEK

dorcus1
Get yourself a rune defender. It's almost a must-have item for medium-high levels. Besides, you're more than halfway there, and you'll get exp while you're at it. If you're unlucky, you might hit lvl 70 attack before getting the rune defender. Definitely do slayer. It's a waste of xp not to do it. Otherwise, the spiders in the stronghold security are always a good choice. No drops, but they're almost afkable. p.s. I'm lvl 98 and I still haven't done monkey madness. Haven't even started it. The whip after 70 att is the usual weapon of choice. Otherwise use a shield, Rune Kite/Obby/Granite as you will be banking for food far too much with the reduced defensive stats of the defender. As for Monkey Madness, I'd suggest doing it as the scimmy is far superior to the dragon long. However if you are rich you can use the Sara Sword instead of the scimmy for strength training, you may still have issues with the defence side though. Trust the Gene Genie! obfuscator
use a scim or a longsword, they are much better. i know people who do ice warriors till 70 very effectively :) "It's not a rest for me, it's a rest for the weights." - Dom Mazzetti
