No. Apparently not.

 

Not sure if cannoning monsters and someone walking in works. Wouldnt say it does though.

Yeah, if it did, then whoever owned it would be getting way too many kills.

Heh... it shoots familiars though. Some level 90 set up a cannon, it shot my titan, my titan killed him. I laughed since I got the drop for it even though I'm way too high level to actually fight a level 90.
