This is probably the dumbest Question ever, but where are all the high lvls in f2p pvp?

I go f2p sometimes, i'm 102 combat.

You can often find them scattered through the pvp worlds. But I seem to see more in hotspots (like varrock).

They are all crowded in high populated worlds in Edgeville. Last time i went there on my pure, the lowest level i saw was 87.

what is high level exactly? i would suspect deep wildy or at BH

Maybe they're training, that's what I've been doing.
