October 28, 200817 yr I was calculating what would be the fastest Mining XP, and what I found was that Granite is the fastest mining XP. It isn't very sought after, so dropping them constantly is your best option. They respawn rather quickly, so you can mine quickly, and practically nobody is there. I make tons of XP, and its quick to mine. Level 35 mining minimum. Anybody know a faster way?
October 28, 200817 yr Power mining iron until 60, then granite would benefit you experience per hour wise. Basically there's no way to get out of dropping the ore's, unless you mined north-east of Yannile, which is very close to the bank. ~ Captainkidd

Randomly found 2 stars and got some nice XP, didn't have to keep clicking and got to talk to others. You'd need to join a clan for the best XP though. Trust the Gene Genie!

October 28, 200817 yr Mining granite like that guy did in the video is the fastest, though it certainly isn't good for your arm / hand / fingers. It's a bit more calming if you mined a full inventory and dropped all at the same time because you won't help to move the mouse so much.
