November 11, 200817 yr My f2p pure has been training here recently since it's the monster w/ last part of the sceptre I need to complete the skull sceptre. I have tried meelee and mage on them, I found meelee to be far better. It might actually depend on your mage level as well, because I splashed quite a bit with fire strike on my pure. I havent tried range but mage was a real pain.

November 11, 200817 yr my level 30 range noob got the scepter from there pretty easy with mith arrows. id say just keep ranging them Dragon Drops: 80+ boots, 7 med, 3 skirt, 2 left half, 2 Spear, 2 2hSlayer: 30+ whips, 4 Bows, 1 Mask, 3 Granite Legs, 1 Visage (Wyverns)Notable GWD Splits: Bandos Tassets: 12, Bandos Chest: 11, Bandos Hilt: 2Proud Slayer of 99 Att/Str/Def/HP/Range/Summoning
