I am NOT staying as a level 3 skiller, just planning on getting most non combats to 60, before I do combat, although combat is currently luring me towards killing something quite abit. My first combat goals will be 45 Pray, 80 Range and 60 Mage and I love Slayer, so shall be doing a fair bit of that. So here I am, Rate Me =) I'm currently getting 65 or 70 Fletching using Maple Longbows then onto Thieving or making Body Tiaras till 45 Rc. If you're interested in Thieving and don't want the hassle of PP when you gain combat levels, check my Thieving Guide on General Guides. It's an easy way to get 80 thieving in like a week.
