farming ranarrs

Featured Replies

So I've become interested in the farming skill, but right now, I am currently a noob at the measly level of 51 farming. My question is, every time I farm a ranarr in My Arm's patch, the one that cant' be diseased, I always get a maximum of 6 ranarrs. This has happened the 6 times I've farmed ranarrs. I've been able to get up to 11 toadflaxes in that patch, though. Is the max for ranarrs 6, am I just unlucky, or is it because my farming lvl is too low #-o ?

I've found that my arm's patch seems to give less herbs when compared to other patches. Just use supercompost in all the patches and it should help yields.

Farm toadflax instead, the seeds cost about 500gp each herb sells for 2k+ each.

Not only do you risk less, but you also get more exp.
