Moneymaking

Featured Replies

I must admit.... I am probably one of the very few lvl 80+ that has Never had over 400k...

Help with money?

My stats are in my siggy

Many believe that the 1980 eruption of Mt. Saint Helens was a catostrophic geological event, in reality it was the day that Jimi Hendrix returned to Earth from the next world and actually stood up next to a mountain and chopped it down with the edge of his hand.

You can have 400k by the end of tomorrow, same with hunter, mining etc etc

Could even make it off slayer monsters at your level, they're good herb droppers and drop like flies.

The ntheres fishing, farming, really any one of them will make you an alright amount of cash. Not the best cash possible in the entire game but, a good pile. Why don't you set yourself a goal? Get 68 fishing for fish guild access, doing farm runs inbetween (can you plant toadflax yet?).

You'll be there in no time ;)

Also, don't feel bad. Your stats are SOLID. Most lvl 80's probably do have a few mill, but look up their stats...do thye have con? herb? smith? prayer? HELL NO! You spent it where they will later once they stop hoarding, you've probably spent more on skills than most your level have earnt in their lifetimes to be honest.

Hunt red chinchompas and kill monsters until you have enough charms and cash for 57 summoning, then buy Graahk pouches and pure essence (or win from GoP) and Graahk runecraft.

Profit without buying essence is around 230gp

Profit with buying essence is around 80gp

And you can do up to 2,000 essence per pouch (which lasts 42:00 I think)

Don't spend cash. Don't spend money on skills, unless those skills are a quest requirement or are needed for a good moneymaking method.

Don't spend money on herblore, prayer, and especially construction.

Do activities that earn money and don't make you go crazy. General combat, mining, woodcutting, fishing, thieving, should earn you money.

Instead of powercrafting fires, do nats.

Instead of smithing steel arrowtips, make steel bars or cannonballs.

You'll be fine. One day of grinding should earn you more than 400k, as long as you don't spend the money straight away.

Btw, your skills are very high for your level. You also have 202 (holy cabbage) Quest Points.

Your skills and Qp's are nice, i think you are just like i was. I couldn't see any cash on my bank, and go spend it on the time.

You just need to save cash, i think you have a nice income of cash with slayer, rc, and other skills.

I'm retired from Runescape due to my really bad connection, maybe coming back soon

Dude. It doesn't really matter about money if you use it wisely.

Your non-cb skills are much better than mine

Not really, no. Even if we ignore the true saying "noncombats have little to do with combats in relative height", only 70 hunter stands out at all from those. Anyways, still... one could say your account sucks, which is true of course, but that shouldn't discourage you. Unless you do something inefficient all day, eventually you'll become good. Even 202 QP isn't THAT magnificent, though quite good this time around, since what if he's been doing easy quests for big QP (Sheep herder and the like)? I could do at least 30 more quests if I wanted to right now, or maybe even more.

(Before you suspect obvious troll, my stats might not be great either, but I do have some money and some decent "expensive" skills too.)

Finally, to answer the original question: Vials of water in Shilo Village are a bit more than 200k. That's a way of moneymaking that's accessible to a lot of people. 5 hours isn't that long a time yet you still make 1M selling them (or more)! Then let's not mention what happens if you get that range up and go avians.

You're being watched.

I'm his brother IRL, he's done Legends, MM and other quests like that. He wants to do Swan Song.

I suggest woodcutting! It might take long but it makes good money if you are chopping Yews for F2Ps and Magics for P2Ps!

Also I suggest Runecrafting for P2Ps! You can craft runes like death runes, law runes, cosmic runes etc. Death runes, Blood runes, Mud runes and other runes that only are for sale to P2Ps (EXCEPT FOR DEATHS) Shops.
