I mean, sure, Jagex gets money from these [developmentally delayed]ed idiots, but they shouldn't be welcome. Like 95% of RS is skiller based, how dare Jagex appeal to people like that?

In every single skill, in every single minigame people are yelling at eachother, and flaming eachother. I used to play castle wars, and people would call you a noob if you won, a noob if you lost. I used to play the orb runecrafting game. The same thing.

 

When I fished for about a summer, the same thing. A lot of people would compare levels, then bash everyone below them. There's a lesser known stereotype of the skiller, a snobby player, who thinks pking and pvp is below him or her. If I were to look at this thread, from what the OP has posted, I would believe that to be true. But i know it's not. I know plenty or nice skillers, and nice pkers. Saying that all or most of pkers are jerks or [wagon] is just a lie.

The fact is, I believe that you're the most idiotic 'tard on runescape. I mean seriously, there is not one group that are dumber than the rest. There are dumb people everywhere, whom are not pkers. I'd say there are 10,000 pkers that truely mean buisness, and probably only 1,000 of them are behaving badly. That's 1/10.

If you can affirm it without any numbers or studies, I can certainly deny it. :roll:

Spend a day in playing any other competitive minigame in RS (barb assault, orbs, hell even implings or training at bandits), and you'll run into the same types of people. The only reason pkers seem that way is because they're a group that bases their gaming on heavy competition - other people. just as idiotic, aren't noticed because they're usually engaged in non-aggressive [cabbage]. Put those "skillers" in a competition setting and you'll get the exact same results. Just put up some competition mining granite, and you'll see how "mature" those skillers are.

What shocks me the most is that Jagex finally gave PKers their way after their bloody pathetic behaviour in the wake of 10/12/07. PKers were the only bloody 'group' setting up childish rants, 'rioting', planting mithril seeds, tele-grouping ice plateau, activating retribution and all that other nonsense. Now Jagex has unwittingly promoted this behaviour by displaying that being disruptive will help your cause.

 

 

Their 'pathetic behaviour' was pretty justified, I'd be pissed off if I'd spent like a year training and then everything I trained for gone...

Ok fine, I cant give any statistics other than the one that anyone can give and thats self evidence.

 

It's been quite a while since I've been asked my __ level other than combat and called a noob for it.

 

And I always get called a noob for having str lower than my def. Usually by level 70 rune/berserker pure PKERS.

 

 

 

And trust me, (F2P) when I was a skiller, if a spot was crowded enough and an actual decent-leveled skiller with experience in the game would hop worlds, meaning that they dont resort to being stupid.

 

But apparently it takes time to make a pure and get money on them etc, so the owner MUST have experience, yet they're still going to think that they own everything.

While I respect that that is a fair comment and that you may be right, what you have seen doesn't represent the whole of pkers, and to be totally honest,

 

I believe there are more jerks in other places in runescape than in PVP worlds. This is why I call you a stereotype, and while I don't wish to become argumentative with you, I feel that your view is rather narrowed, and I don't blame you, by all means everyones is, as it is impossible to see EVERYONE in runescape, and assess each and every one of them, then sorting them into categories. I just believe that you may be jumping to conclusions and that perhaps you should give PKers another chance, seeing as what someone finds a hobby doesn't make them [developmentally delayed]ed.

 

 

 

E.G. I play tennis, but that doesn't make me a selfish/unsociable person, just because I play a sport without definite teams. That doesn't happen all that often. I've been told I should keep my defense 75- ONCE when training. P2P/F2P.
