Dracion1
Yes, but how much does it cost? "In the beginning, the universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move."

That computer will run 'RS HD', but you won't get much hardware acceleration. I recommend upgrading the video card to at least an "NVidia GeForce 7300 GT", which is what I'm using here... Also, it needs to have at least 512MB of RAM on it, if you wish to have a nice resolution and anti-aliasing level... :geek: Good luck to you, Killerred005... 8-) ~D. V. "I like RS HD and smooth graphics..." Devnull 512mb is not necessary for RS if you use 20" screens and under. I'm on a 256mb card on 1440x900... Runs with no problem, altho it's a newer card than these. Dunno how the 6150 performs, but i would think a bit more powerfull would be usefull... Something lower-end of the Nvidia 7-8-9 series or ATI 2-3-4 series if an upgrade is possible. eggzs
The 6150 is a mediocre step up from integrated chipsets, go for at least a discrete card such as 8400GS or something like that.
D. V. Devnull
Just a side-thought, don't read if you don't want to................ <<<Quote Snip>>> 512mb is not necessary for RS if you use 20" screens and under. I guess the CPU I'm using (Single core @ 2.4 Ghz) is at fault then, because this leads me to believe that without the video card which is in there, I would be repeatedly lagged at full settings... :| ~D. The Observer
Yes, but how much does it cost? About $300. Also I might be able to install the RAM that is on this computer onto that one. I just hope it's compatible so that I can make it 2.5 GB of RAM.
OldJoe
DVD: Yes, i can play games with it too. But it's (was) an entry-level gaming card (8600gt). And yes, your cpu is whats making it lag for you. Killer: Is this a HP computer (because i know they use that gpu for some of their builds)? 300$ is an ok price. You can get more performance for the same price if you like to build yourself tho. But i'd consider buying atleast something like 8400gs or HD3450 (or a card from one other series that i've mentioned) (goes for about 30-40$) to play lag-free on RSHD (with full settings). Yes, I would get a lot more if I build it myself, but I'm hopeless at building computers. :P And I'll keep that in mind later on. ;) (I might buy more RAM with it.)
