aceripper
Hey there, With my stats, as seen in my sig.. Where should I be going to train defence? I was think ankous because of the appeal of making a bit of cash, but Im sure its gonna be crowded.. Also ive been suggested to camp at dusties or something, this kind of appeals to me cuz of the charm drops id get.. But is my defence high enough to make it worth while training at dusties? Or is there some other spot that I have missed that I could stay at for a while and get some good exp, money and charms are secondary, but still very appreciated.. Preferably something that wont cost the earth to maintain (p pots for example). Thanks -Ace

Bad911
bumps? Okay lets make it a bit easier, that questions seems to be getting very little response. A decent set up for Dust Devils, just the names of equipment etc.. what to bring.. Please id really appreciated this The purpose of camping is to stay for a long period of time. Ways to include this would be guthans, bunnyip, sara brews, etc. Your summoning isn't exactly profound and you can't even wear barrows, so toss out the dusties idea. Uhm, its mostly just attack low leveled monsters, ankous might be too hard... The time it takes to go down there and come back up means you need to consume high healing foods and you'll have to restock often. You won't be able to pick up most of the non stackable herbs, which is a pity. I suggest just killing what comes to mind when you usually think of training. I doubt you got 70 attack killing goblins. Didn't want to leave you hanging, :?
aceripper
thanks for the reply man, i'm just sick of training melee with slayer, I wanted a break, of pure melee training, you get me? I guess ill just stick to jellies, or range black demons till I have enough charms for bunyip >_<
King_Ankh
B2P tabs are a possibility at dusties but I think your stats are still too low to camp there :(
Allmonkey
Let's see armor wise head: slayer helm (otherwise facemask) neck: fury ammy (otherwise glory) body: fighter torso/rune plate till 70 def then get torag or whatever barrows armor your heart contents legs: d legs/skirt (or rune) till 70 def then same as above boots: dragon gloves: barrows/regen/combat bracelet ring: berserker/warrior (otherwise whatever you want) shield: rune defender/obby shield you're choice if you feel you're getting hit too much w/ defender try shield weapon: whip for attack/defence training sara sword or dragon scimitar for str Inventory should be natures, mudstaff, pineapple pizzas, and one of each stackable drop they have (such as fire runes, soul runes, coins, and keep rune arrows in arrow slot) and if you don't have a mudstaff bring b2p tablets. As for familiar maybe terrorbird with more food, not quite sure on what familiars are really good for camping so you'll have to forgive me on that part. With a setup such as this you should be able to last for quite a bit; pick up alchables and alch them with brought natures. Assuming you're in chaos tunnels if you don't think you can collect enough bones to heal up go to the room down and kill monks of zammorak(lvl 37 I think) for bones, and I would say bank whenever you have less than 3 spaces in your inventory from having too many good herbs or such. Allmonkey
I would advise to pay mind to what Appleankh said about how they might be hitting too hard on you for having low defence; just be sure to know when you should come back and try again later. mister_moocky
At your level I was doing slayer so I could get 55 early; in my opninion there is little reason to get any higher. If you're already 55 kill moss giants till 70 atk str def, then kill ankous (I did till even 80's) or fire giants. If you can afford it, buy guthans. quit
