So.. i need a new headset.. something price worthy.. under 100$ surround sound would be nice.. im tired of having to use my bose headphones AND wear a headset with broken speakers BUT working mic... any suggestions?

Sennheiser are very good, but they are quite costly.

The best option would be to use a desktop mic and buy some Sennheiser HD201 headphones - because headsets in general are uncomfortable and have pretty poor audio performance.

As for mics, you could get one that stands on your desktop.
