legilgalad2 Posted December 8, 2008 Share Posted December 8, 2008 I have heard from a friend (who heard it from rune wiki :? ) that shade robes are no longer attainable as drops for shade random events in F2p. Naturally I take anything I hear from rune wiki with a pinch of salt so thought I would check it out. I have checked the knowledge base and it still says that shade robes are F2p, however I haven't ever received robes as a drop. Does anyone know anything? Thanks in advance. P.S. I was thinking maybe it's a confusion with the update where shade robes were made untradeable but I'm not sure. The only update to them that i rcall is making the untradeable. You mean, I have to go bury bones in an attempt to summon the Shade Random, then kill it and hope to god it drops the pieces? What a load of crap! It happened when they made spinach rolls and polished buttons untradeable, it was just that they never mentioned they did it for shade robes too. I was looking forward to getting a set, not for training but just for their F2p 'rarity' :( Woodcutting does not raise your combat level because most people do not play as yew trees.
