December 9, 200817 yr I believe an abyssal familiar since its 7 extra essence minus one for the sup energy pot in your invent. So 6 extra ess total. With the t bird its -1 ess in your invent for room for scrolls but no extra ess. Apparently, my signature was to big.

I'm pretty sure Zarfot proved it's worth using all pouches, IIRC. And, who would use a Graak while ZMI'ing or the like? Gaark is a more situational familiar. December 9, 200817 yr Depends on what you are runecrafting. If you are making natures then using a Graahk is best. Use all 4 pouches and 1 slot for a super energy pot. Anything else you are better off with Abyssal Familiars (the middle one has the longest time I believe) and super energy pots. Sure you lose 1 slot, but you've gained 6. Trust the Gene Genie!
