Help me fix my 360 controller.

Ok here's the deal.

I'm renting Call Of Duty: World At War.

My controller has full batteries (all bars).

Controller works fine on all buttons except the RT button.

Basically whenever I use the RT button INGAME (I can press it and the controller still works while in menus) my controller disconnects (It says please reconnect controller then I have to press the Xbox button repeatedly until it turns on again). I can't play my games with this. In Call Of Duty the RT is the fire button! I knd of need that.

Please don't be an [wagon] and tell me to buy a new controller or make a different button for "fire". I want this problem SOLVED, not avoided.

Any help?

Warn it that you can take apart the remote control, and you can almost put it back together. Do so. That'll learn it.

Then you should tie a cherry stem around it and tell it about Leaf Erickson.

But it can't listen if it was taken apart in a holocaust.

I think that pretty much means that the game disc is glitched, unless this happens in other games.

There's no such thing as regret. A regret means you are unhappy with the person you are now,

and if you're unhappy with the person you are, you change yourself. That

regret will no longer be a regret, because it will help to form the new,

better you. So really, a regret isn't a regret.

It's experience.

This is probably correct. Try other games. If it does not happen, then it means there is a problem with the software being used in combination with the hardware.

If it does happen in other games, then your controller is messed. Talk to MS about it.

Essentially what has been said.

And to Lenin/Runescape, you're acting like a bunch of idiots.

Ok, I returned CoD:Waw and rented Fable II and put new AA batteries in and now my controller works fine. Either the disc was glitched or the batteries were messed up. (The old batteries had a full charge, must've been corroded or something.)
