There's a game called Chrono Trigger which I would mention in the top 5 games I've ever played. The drawing is somewhat based on one of the games characters "Magus". (he is a 20x15 pixel sprite in the game, so don't worry of it being too referenced). Anyway...I couldn't wait untill I get it ready so I'll let you chew on it now. I don't know if I like how you used such small brushes on his face and then blurred them, doesn't make it look much like skin.
