December 12, 200817 yr This week I ran twice into dragon imps and for the first time i decided to sell in ge instead of looting. An average of 370k didnt sound bad, since I only had dragon arrows as loot twice before. Did anyone do some research on this? Can we see the current ge midprice as the value for 'average' loot?
December 12, 200817 yr Looting dragon jars results in a loss if you loot many. Magpies you tend to profit. Course it's all chance, but on average that's the case. So loot magpies, sell dragons.
December 12, 200817 yr Author Interesting, however Is this your opinion or is it based on some facts that can be verified? thx
December 12, 200817 yr Not personal experience. I read an accoutn from a fellow who quit semi-recently, and he spent all his money on many dragon imp jars just for the heck of it, came out with a loss. I've also read accoutns of people buying magpie implings and usually coming out with a (small) profit. I wouldn't bet my life on it, but you'll find info scarce to come by.
December 13, 200817 yr It's always better to sell the dragon implings in the jar, Read my blog | Follow me on Twitter | Track my XP
December 13, 200817 yr In the long run its better to just sell them on the ge. Quit. PM me if you play The Conduit to exchange friend codes.
December 13, 200817 yr Looting imps is a terrible idea, but super tempting (especially dragon ones!). I have succumbed to the temptation many times. I always loot everything but dragon; I sell those now. No idea who pays that crazy price for them.
