Introduction

The Wilderness is a dark and dangerous place to be. Full of revenants and other fouler creatures. But with this guide, you'll probably be 10-30% more safer than used to be in the wilderness. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, Runescape Fanatics and just normal players I bring you Runescape Wilderness survival guide (F2P only)!

What to bring

Unless your going to bounty hunter or Clan wars I recommed not bringing valueble items at all in case a Revenant comes and kills!

What to bring in the wilderness depends on what combat lv you are and how rich you all. Me, I just wear full adamant armor or other weaker items.

Obviously, you are going to have to bring food. Trout/Salmon or above should do. Atleast 10 maybe. When I usually go exploring in the wilderness I wear full adamant with chainmail, Explorer's ring in case my run goes out and a revenant is close by and 10-15 trout.

Falling back

If a revenant or Greater demon is close by and you need to fall back, you'll need to put your run on and operate Explorer's ring if you are on low run. Once I was killed by a revenant werewolf because my run was 0 and I forgot to use the explorer's ring.

This is very important, running away from a dangerous monster could end up saving your life.

Ahh! The revenant went through the door!

If there is a revenant and you go into a room and close the door, there might be a chance the revenant can go through. One way of avoiding this is to run to the farest corner as possible and just stay there. Getting ready to run or putting prayers would also help but I found running into far corners extremely useful. A revenant Ork just came and left. This is either luck or the corner tactic. Sometimes this tactic could backfire on you and when it does, prepare to run!

Conclusion

This is it for my Wilderness survival guide, I hope this guide is very useful to you and for more details and questions post a comment.

Good idea for a guide ::'

Could probably do with some work though, most of that is common knowledge, and common sense.

Good luck :)

Everythings good, except for one thing:

Revs attack with maged based melee. That means dhide.

Other than this, pretty good.

I dont need a siggy no moar.

Useful tip: when you enchant a diamond bracelet, it becomes a "forinthry bracelet", which protects you from being teleblocked. This is a MUST for Wildy!

Yeah, it does help to read the guide first ::'

Wrong spot? Shouldn't this be under Wisdom section?

Can I ask why the first post of a new TIF'er is a short guide in the wrong section and why the new poster has not posted since?
