jrrush
chins is fast. on gragons or fire giants. rune x bow with broad and void is good. or bronze knives
RayOxide
Fire giants. Also, sell your ranger boots and robin, and get an archer helm and snake boots. Those items are not worth the price - and you could buy broad bolts (55 slay), or mith bolts (if you dont have 55 slay) and kill fire giants much easier/quicker.. Dont chin until around 80+ I dont need a siggy no moar.
ufosssssssss
Well, if I was you, I would get an Accumulator. Which is the reward for Animal Magnetism. It gives a good range bonus and saves you bolts. I would use broad-tipped bolts. They are my favorite bolts and is good with everything. Hoped I helped. -Ufosssssssss. Bro_Azrael
Dump the d bow, it is rubbish for training. Stick to throwing knives or rune crossbow with broad bolts.
purewcnub
Dark bow is good for training if you just use specs with d arrows then switch to rune crossbow. amulet of glory(t), robin, and raner boots are totally unneeded, sell them. Bagman
I did fire giants till 60, then did werewolves at Canfis bar till 70. Iron Knives + Patience = Crap load of exp per hour. Took me less then a month.

Took me less then a month. IMO, iron knives aren't worth it, they cost like 3x more for +1 more range bonus, stick with bronze.

I was raising smithing and made a crap load for myself 2.) Once I saw that I liked them, I didn't bother with anything else.
BLaSpHeMy
You defienetly need accumulator and knives instead of D-bow...MAybe iron or bronze and ogres are best Veni vidi viciI came, I saw, I conquered Current Username : Bludclart
ladycai
chins is fast. on gragons or fire giants. rune x bow with broad and void is good. or bronze knives Never chin at that level. However, using bronze knives are ideal. 95/99 Summoning95/99 Slayer [hide=This is what you look like when you play RS too long][/hide]
alcoolj
Use bronze knives at fire giants til 90, then chin your way to 99 at aper atol. Get an accumulator asap - it has a great range boost and pick up ammo as an added bonus.

I doubt bronze knives are cheaper than iron (you'll kill more with iron, meaning more drops). Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:

Yeah but somebody has to support the low and mid level smithing market, why not rangers?
