December 17, 200817 yr I've seen lvl 9 players with the shield that can only be obtained during Dragon Slayer. So why do all these low lvl players have them? Also, can they be obtained from the Duke after the quest? I got 3 from him, but I die a lot, so can I still get them later? Thanks!

December 17, 200817 yr to answer your qeustion unlike everybody else. You can get them off the g e, so no you don't need to do dragon slayer...also there the only f2p shield that doesn't decrease your mage attack bonues, so lots of pure mages use them
December 17, 200817 yr ^ Very true. Also they are tradable, making it easy for lower level players to access them. Also yeah you can access them after the quest. 95/99 Summoning95/99 Slayer [hide=This is what you look like when you play RS too long][/hide]
December 17, 200817 yr There is also no defense requirement, so pures will use them and they provide the best defense benefit for 1 def players. They also disable the rune xbow and dragon tipped bolt special, so they are handy for high level pkers too!
