December 18, 200817 yr Really just something to kind of hopefully give me a little bit of creativity for a project I need to do in my graphic design course. Didn't take very long, done with Terragen. I'll probably do a wallpaper sometime in the future.

It just looks very...jagged if you know what I mean, like the water just stops as soon as it hits the coast. Other than that it's brilliant! Really really good scene. December 18, 200817 yr Hmm... My eye is being drawn towards the peninsula/island in the middle, but don't really see why. It's not particularly striking or anything. The mountains in the background are more interesting. I think the whole composition is a bit flawed. It still looks nice though, and I can appreciate the work that went into it. It'd take me days to make something like this.

December 18, 200817 yr That's amazing, Nadril, but the Island looks a little distracting, and doesn't fit in wit the rest :-X My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.
December 19, 200817 yr Author Yeah the chopiness is due to a quick 'Smart Sharpen' filter instead of me manually doing it. It'd be fixed in any wallpaper version.

Or are we looking through the water to the floor of the ocean. Either way, the water on the right is a bit to opaque for me. Nice job though :) Would love to see an updated version.
