Does regen bracelet stack with rapid heal?

If so, does it heal 3 hp per minute or 4 hp per minute?

I know it stacks, and I *think* it's 4, it may be 3 though. If you can get high level rfd gloves they're still better, but for pures it can be nice for some extra healing.

I'm using this setup for the graveyard part of Mage Training Arena for B2P spell.

 

Whatever I wear, I'll take damage, so may as well focus on regenaration :

2X prayer makes your hitpoints regenerate by 1 every 30 seconds. Regen bracelet makes your hitpoints regenerate by 2 every minute. The two combined make your hitpoints regenerate by 2 every 30 seconds.

 

 

 

There's a trick to reduce the amount of prayer you use up, too. You have to wait until your hitpoints (or any other stat) regenerate, then flip the 2X prayer on about 30 seconds later. Your hp will recover by 2, and then you can turn the prayer off. 30 seconds later you turn it on again.
