I play number two and started number one...made my eyes bleed to play one... On Diablo 2 I started a new game with the necromancer and am on the third quest. So, I guess discuss whatever about both of them, and speculate about the upcoming third game. Anyway, post character stats and all that...
December 29, 200817 yr I did a huge all day LAN on Diablo II a few months back when me and my roomates internet went out for the entire day. Did 1-50 on a sorc and my roomate did a necromancer. Got to Nightmare Act II and stopped.

I'm on quest 3 of Act 1 and am only level six...(I usually go around the perimeter of an area, kill all the enemies, and then move on to, so I killed like every monster I encountered...I also did the cemeteries dungeons...

December 29, 200817 yr One of the best games series ever... But a lot of my friends don't really appreciate D1, mostly because a lot of them directly started the series with D2. The first game has a great atmosphere too & it can be played online as well. Heh, I remember playing that with at midnight in the winter, I was just a little kid. It was scary as hell, and I didn't know the English language that well so it just added to the intrigue-factor. I could only understand maybe 20% of what was being spoken and what was on the screen. Looking forwards to D3 8-)

Get rushed to Hell by paying your forges.(the level 1 way) Then find clan channels doing hell chaos. Do that til you don't gain that much xp then do baal runs. 1-75 In a day at minium. Probably have to select compatibility mode with right click on the executable. Try on WinXP compatibility mode, should work. Definitely will work on Win98.

Tried the WinXP compatibility mode, didn't work for me. Dammit. Then I'm afraid it might not work on Vista, wouldn't bet on that, but it's very likely that's the problem if you have a 64-bit Vista. A lot of old apps and games wont work on new platform 64-bit OS's/ run at all. Latest OS I ran it on was XP unfortunately
January 6, 200917 yr Author None of the older games run on new versions of windows...I tryed to run Unreal tournament on mine, the game was laggy, and the second disk with all the "create your own levels and guns" stuff was not able to funtion...
January 10, 200917 yr My roomate played Diablo II with me for an entire day on vista without any problems.
