Get me a pc from hp or dell with a quad, 9800gt and 4gb ram and then compare the price on such a build with one on a custom computer. Custom pc's have all the advantages, you get to know how the pc works (if you build it yourself), you save alot of money, you get better performance for your cash, more reliable hardware... etc etc. Even if you pay a computer shop to build it for you, you'll still end up saving alot of money compared to buying such a build prebuilt. That's probable equal to all the accessories and the license, plus $50. (At least here). And as for time, you can get it done in around 5/6 hours.
