AlexDT Posted January 7, 2009 Share Posted January 7, 2009 You can also kill the abyssal monsters in the Alternate Abyss (Fairy Ring code ALR), or buy the pouches from one of the people in the Runecrafting Guild (Enterance on the second floor of the Wizard Tower). Yeah, but u will have to talk to the mage at the entrance of the abbyss first (well north of edge) he will then tell you to come to varrock. As for the other pouches, it can be your first drop, of it may take up to 20 minutes. I always go to the abyssal plane (fairy ring) and kill the leeches, as they are the lowest creatures that drop them, I can one-hit them and their drop rate is not worse then other abyssal creatures. If the Abyss scares you, which I doubt, then use the fairy rings place, you can kill just the 10hp ones there if you go to the far South West of that area. Trust the Gene Genie! Maybe a bit longer, but you'll be 1 hitting a lot and they are not that rare. I got giant recently in 23 kills. (WGS got me to 75+).
