Fighting style Memory

Featured Replies

How come jagex can remember where u were standing, what u were wearing and all of the other aspects of the game when you log off, but they cant remember what fighting style you are using?

its irritating when you want to train strength and it automatically switches back to training attack when you log in again, maybe the game should remember what fighting style you were using when you logged off, it would be especially useful for people training pures.

I also sucks when you lose connection, come back on and start training again.... You have just advanced an attack level!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I was raising str!

I've had thoughts about that too, only mine were when people world hop in the wild, I think the attacks should be set just the same as when you logged off.

This would be really handy for mages who have might have trouble trying to set attacks while getting pked during world hops.

would be great, that memory, and not hard to make! I am making a pure, and sometimes i am training att when i wanna train strengt!

This would be nice, yes. My attack level is almost always higher than my strength and defense.

Good idea :)

I totally agree.

It's happened so many times...I'm training defence or strength and realise i'm not getting any xp for it :(

A reason I can think of for this happening is so people can't afk all the time to train one stat.

You'd have to make ranging and mage spells the same though to provide balance.

Of course, it would be stupid if it was only for the melee fighting styles.

And yes, it's a very good idea.

I hate when i forgot to press the button to change the style and end up training something that i don't want.

I agree, with my rune scimitar I always have to switch to block or slash if advance other combat stats than attack. That just isn't working, I don't like it. I just hate it.

lol it just happened to me, i was looking at my def xp, and its not moving, oh shoot. But now i changed it back and I got a def lvl shortly after :D

100% noob since 2001

Hahha I just had an awesome thought...

Maybe its a SCHEME of Jagex's to get you to buy P2P....

BECAUSE, with members, youd be looking at that screen to do specials every once in awhile ;)

I would love it if they remembered Your fighting style. I will be pking with magic and I will change world because of pking parties or something and then I will forget that my fighting style isnt on auto cast anymore and when I attack someone or they attack me I start hitting them with my staff (which isnt very affective against rune if you havnt realized yet)
