What are the best places to hunt for clue scrolls?

For level 3's, go to jellies. They're the lowest combat level to drop the scrolls.

or do green drags(they drop them quite often) or kill ankous. if u want lvl 2s kill guards at ardougne. lvl1: kill thugs in edgevill dungeon...

erm....greater demons are your best bet.

If he has 36 slayer I wouldnt suggest level 3 clue scrolls -.-

For level 1 clue farming, take a few thousand bronze knives and accumulator to goblin house west of Al-Kharid entrance toll gate. You can get and complete 3-5 clues per hour this method.

 

 

 

(I also managed to get 3 goblin champion scrolls in one day from it).

if i want to farm lvl 3 clues i normally go to hellhounds in the old ruin just east of adrougne.

 

this requires relatively low concentration with def 75+

 

 

 

otherwise, i seem to get a few when doing green dragon runs. i find that jellies arent too kind with their clue drop rate

3-5 level ones per hour fails, jellies fail as they have no secondary droplist, or a fail one at least.

It is old yes, but still valid.

 

 

 

Personally I prefer to steal level 1 clues from HAM members, and to get other clues from slayer tasks, *many* of the monsters you get for slayer tasks drop clues. Work on your slayer level and you will get access to more good clue droppers :)

 

 

 

Regarding level 3 clues, keep in mind that for some locations you need to have done quests to enter certain areas.

 

 

 

Regarding all clues: to solve them quick and easy, you need to have several bank rows filled with the stuff needed for Uri emotes. Personally, I keep the hard to get level 1 stuff in bank, and everything needed for level 3, but I am a high level clue nerd ;) and yes.... I do have a few of the *very time consuming to get* level 2 items as well, like the blue snelm and such.
