Well I accidentally clicked on the little green "Global Moderators" below one of the forum thingys. I saw 17 green names then an 18th called "Testo" who had 0 posts and was a chicken feather, and was obviously not supposed to be there :XD:

One of the administrators were probably testing permissions with the account or something. If they're done, you're right, they could probably remove it :

Meh, why remove it? I know that Testo isn't the only test account I know of. There's no harm in keeping the permission mask the way it is, I don't think.
