Hot_Hot_Heat
Well this is the second bryce render I've ever done. I worked from the last one though.... So this is 1 1/2. Anyways, here it is.

Mercifull
Just random glass tubes. venomai
Its weak. Try doing more than tori, and also taking it a step further and actually editing it in PS. No definite focal point, no post editing, boring shapes, extremely unoriginal...

But I like it and that's all I care.
Nadril
Hot, how do you think we all got up to where we are now? Yup, we listened to what others said. Take venomi's advice. Right now it is a tori mess. the colors are a step up from what you used to have, but toris are something we have grown tired of over the years *shudders when abstracts where a fad* anyways, try using different type of shapes in bryce 5. I find if you use some of the rocks, and multi-replicate them, you can get a fairly nice result as well sometimes. only problem is, bryce 5 isn't near as good as other programs as far as abstracts go. (Is a bryce 5 user)

No one trying to be a smart [wagon]. Yes I know Bryce 5 isn't as good as other programs. And people don't like abstracts anymore, or toris. But I do. And that's who I made this for, me. Next one I do, I will try something else so people will stop complaing. But thanks for your thoughts Nadril. Atleast you aren't a person that thinks the more internet ego you have the cooler you are. If that made any sense.

Keiphus
You know what's funny Hot? If I would have posted that 3 years ago (and I probably did) I would have gotten so much praise for it.

Peoples standards have increased, especially when people know how its done and how relatively easy it is to do somehting like that. SubDivi
You know what's funny Hot? If I would have posted that 3 years ago (and I probably did) I would have gotten so much praise for it. No kidding. Wait.. was I around back then? Though I do remember putting up some horrible abstracts and actually getting praise for them. Thats kinda why I don't shoot people down sooo hard when they post stuff like this.. even though I don't remember placing a couple tori here, there, and then just rendering it.. but still. To me, it's just a soulless render. You didn't place elements to envoke a sense of beauty, so it doesn't even count as art really.. just a render. If thats what your were going for.. congrats! Now move on to a more advanced program.
Keiphus
I guess since I've started working on more and more production level projects, my ideas of art have changed. I've been exposed to so much more than doing art for pure pleasure, and sadly it takes away from my passion on art itself. Although I do love what I do, I find myself doing more commercial than personal art, which I guess is to be expected. However, I do things all day much like this; they have no aesthetic purpose or beauty, they are simply thrown into a background to add motion and catch a viewers eye... In this business the client makes the decisions and there isn't much room for art. Which again, is sad.
