Depends on how much you value experience/money.

I'm not sure about fly fishing but many would advise you to do monkfish as it will make around 35M at 99 fishing and is around 35K xp/hour I believe.

Around lvl 90 you can expect 45k/hr xp fly fishing, 33k/hr xp doing monks. If you're good at dropping with mousekeys barb fishing would give you the fastest xp, after lvl70. As to whether it's worth it depends on too many variables.

you have to also factor the time..36% faster on average

For me I was getting 40k an hour doing monks at 90+.

 

 

 

And the few different types of fly fishing and barb fishing where anywhere between 45-50k depending on focus. (50 is very intense).

 

 

 

I started fishing monks at level 65? and made roughly 45 mil. (fished a few k sharks as well).

When fly fishing in Shilo Village, I was making around 35-40k xp an hour at 70+ Fishing. So if you pay attention slightly you can most certainly make something around that.
