I seriously took that title out of context there.

To answer your question though, it's relatively large, about the size of a full-grown man, as mc said.

I was going to eat hot dogs for dinner tonight. I think I will settle for cereal.

They hold the essence of the triforce, the actual triforce is simply symbolic, and doesn't have power, it's dependent on the essence itself.
