Ok, so I've not played since April time, but very much considering getting back into RS sometime soon. There's been alot of changes since april, though! I see now there's an RC guild, and minigame(The GOP) and all sorts of things, and I was just wondering what're the most efficient/fun/not boring ways of training RC now? Is GOP worth it, are there any newer methods, what would you guys recommend? At the end of the day, does abyss crafting still win out??

Bullants and Terrorbird provide near unlimited run energy.

 

Abyssal familiars allow you to take an extra 7 essence with you.

 

Graaks allow you to speed craft nature runes far faster then the abyss.

I would defenitely use the abyss for any runecrafting. This is fast and other than the occational revenat, its really easy.

I see, all good points, yes I didn't mention I was ideally looking to both train it AND turn profit. I see nobody's really selling the idea of the GOP and teletabs(plus during the minigame itself), is it not worth it?

 

As for summoning, I'm laying off that for a while I think, dunno why but just am(though consider the time it'll take to train summoning to get those things, and how much RCing could be done in said time). I was thinking more along the lines of actually training stuff, rather than familiars, but come to think of it it is pretty handy to know cos it could go hand in hand with whatever other methods there are....

Well, in the time you spend playing gop to get the teletabs, you could've gotten so much more rc xp than you got from the teletabs.
