Vulxai
ah ic so you buy or mine the mith ores first? It's really up to you, mining the mithril will take longer, and I'm not sure if it's more mining xp in the end or not. ~ Proud Father ~ Proud (Currently Deployed) Army National Guardsmen ~ Proud Lakota ~ Retired Tip.It Crew ~
Frzphnx
I tried superheating for a few days. Generally my only issue was the fact that I was mining more than 4 coal/mith at a time, or just sitting around waiting >.>

I'd still easily mine more than 4 coal per mith, so in the end, I just ended up banking all the ores instead after a while and superheated them by the ge

Sinkhan
I think it would be much more efficient if you were to simply mine a full inventory at once and bank it all until you have the desired amounts and then start SHing away at a bank. Something to fill my sig with until I find a replacement. Also check out my blug
euthanatos93
I have 85 mining and 76 smithing. I did this for a good portion of the trip there so I'll go into a little bit more detail than has been done here yet. The idea is make less trips to the bank and thus spend more time doing things that actively train skills and still manage to eek out a small profit. Essentially it depends upon your mining level to determine how successful you are. Competition is always an issue and timing is key so go look up ore spawn times and figure out which will work best for you and choose servers with the appropriate population. This takes a little experience to determine more accurately and in truth Supermining mith (As i refer to it) isn't really as profitable as one might think. That changes drastically once you can smelt addy and do the same with it. It really depends on your ability to nab the mith ores. Sometimes you just need to world hop to find a place that has less miners interested in doing the exact same thing. The goal here is less bank trips and thus more time spent training. Since you are f2p this is about the most practical way to train mining while still making a profit. Beyond that it's drop mining iron for power leveling. The mage experience isn't significant but I've gained a few levels that way. This is only efficient if you are f2p and really need cash. Once you get to 85 everything you've earned prior to that is petty cash anyway so i reccomend only doing what you need to for the immediate budget and then power mining iron. None of this applies to p2p. There are so many more efficient ways to train all involved skills p2p that the guild is just a joke.
ilovecardj
Buy Mith ores in Ge, addy ores when 70 smith. go down to mining guild with inventory and just mine the coal. super heat. this way you bank 3-4 times less often resulting in more mining exp an hour and more cash. dont bother mining the mithril down there Dragon Drops: 80+ boots, 7 med, 3 skirt, 2 left half, 2 Spear, 2 2hSlayer: 30+ whips, 4 Bows, 1 Mask, 3 Granite Legs, 1 Visage (Wyverns)Notable GWD Splits: Bandos Tassets: 12, Bandos Chest: 11, Bandos Hilt: 2Proud Slayer of 99 Att/Str/Def/HP/Range/Summoning
