February 17, 200917 yr Is what the item database says about magic logs true, do you cut them at the same rate no matter what woodcutting level yo are? Thanks in advance
February 17, 200917 yr No you cut them faster at 99 then 75. But anyways magic logs are always terrible money. [/bads]
February 17, 200917 yr There is a very small difference, but at 90+ Woodcutting yews are your best bet for profit. Want to help the Tip.It Crew? Visit the Website Updates & Corrections forum!
February 17, 200917 yr Just stay with yews much more cash and xp (both aren't good for xp but yews are better).
February 17, 200917 yr IF you really LOVE cutting MAGIC logs, you could do it - but otherwise, do yews. For exp, for money. 99+ all 23rd March 2012 - 2496 total 13th June 2012.9000+ dragon drops! Including draconic visage, d chains, d spears, d2h, d claws, d meds, d legs, d skirts... d bones, d hides :)?I want jagex to put resource dungeons and dungeoneering skill doors to dungeoneering floors so I can dungeon and get dungeoneering xp while I dg so I don't have to dg to get dg exp, but I can dg while I dg :)?
February 17, 200917 yr Teaks for exp. Magics may be more money than Yews. (Magics are 3 times the amount of yews so if you can get over 3 times as Yews/hour than you can get Magics then do Yews. If not then do Magics. (I have 99 wc though, and I see little improvement in the speed from 75 to 99) Apparently, my signature was to big.
February 17, 200917 yr Just stay with yews much more cash and xp (both aren't good for xp but yews are better). Eucalyptus beats yew for cash and for xp. And yews are slower cash than magics. Read my blog | Follow me on Twitter | Track my XP
February 17, 200917 yr That was a flawed statement. Higher woodcutting levels cut faster. I have 1m wc xp and I cut yews a lot faster than I did at lvl 61. Best Drops: 1 d skirt, 1 whip in party room, 1 robin hood hat (lvl 3 clue), 1 sara bracer (lvl 3 clue), 2 zamorak pages (page 1 and 3), 1 guthix page (page 3)
February 18, 200917 yr But with magic logs you don't really notice the difference. They are just too slow.
February 18, 200917 yr But with magic logs you don't really notice the difference. They are just too slow. You'll notice the difference when you time it. I've cut around 80k magic logs and found reasonable improvements in speed on the way to 99 and beyond. Twitter ||| Google+ ||| Facebook ||| LinkedIn ||| My very interesting weblog about science
