42-50 Agility

What is the fastest method to use to get from 42-50 Agility? Location? Inventory? Equipment?

You can always do mice or quests. Just look for quests that offer lamps or agility xp. Thats what I did from 40 to 50.

Are mice still a reasonable way to get agility levels? I thought with the nerf that they weren't anymore...if not, where do I go? I can't do too many quests, so questing is kinda of out of the question..

I'd just stick to the Barbarian Course. Just bring some salmon or cakes, where nothing except for weight reducing items.

Quests, penguins points, Tears of Guthix, Circus and barbarian fly fishing all add a boost to agility. In fact I went from 35 to my current level (50 at the time of posting this) using only the above as I find running in circles a bit too boring.

Mice have been nerfed, I'm afraid.You only receive xp when you catch them, rather than before, where you got xp for each attempt(succesfull or not).

Does anyone know if the agility arena is worth it? 1000 tickets for over 352,000 XP with K gloves 2 looks very attractive. You do get xp during the game and the variety of obstacles could keep it fresh.

I think it's a tad bit better if you can get all the tickets, but probably even more boring/frustrating than running in circles.
