By no chin, he means that there is an absence of a chin on her face. It just makes it seem like her face stops shorts I guess, like she has no jaw. What's going to be written on the right tree?

I don't know what they were talking about on the no neck... I think she has an extremely long neck.. And how she walks with her hands, she looks like she has spent too much time with "Hanz and Franz"... The eyes also look like they are sticking out a little far..

The girl looks a bit to much like a midget to me. Maybe make her a bit thinner and make her arms longer. Oh and that neck is to hmm fat. It looks like it belongs on a bodybuilder :D Other then that It's great. I like your shading.

Great improvement from the first to last version, so just commenting on the final version.The shading is very nicely done and colorful throughout the sig, so you got that down. The main thing that pops out is that the girl looks fat. Best advice is to just remake the character from scratch, much thinner, maybe use reference pics if it helps. The neck for example should be much thinner than the head, and each of her fingers shouldn't be wider than 1 pixel. Overall it's great, just the girl is fat.

oh well i'm not changing that its a free sig and 13-14 hours is good enough for a free sig
