Like you said, they're userbars. They seem to consist of an image with text, a glass effect and scanlines added. Don't get me wrong, they look pretty decent and are definitely not bad for what they are, but like lit said, they're not really something new.

Whether it's your first or latest, user bars don't take much to make.

Ya.. Signatures.. This wasnt really my thing anyway..

Don't get rubbed the wrong way, user bars just aren't very original, regardless of how nice they look or who made them.
