That being said; Lessers, greaters if you're brave, hill giants, moss giants, ice giants/warriors (Pretty sure there's a safespot in there), level 56 cockroaches, ankous. I dont really know all that much about F2P Ranging, but i do know a fair bit(having got my ranged to 85 in F2P). Some of the best places to Range would be Cockroach Workers(lvl 56) and Lesser Demons. Greater Demons have givin me big profits many a time, but it comes at a great risk. First off there are so few and second is that they are crowded especially if they offer some kind of safespot. example are hill giants and lesser demons. awesome400 Posted March 16, 2009 Share Posted March 16, 2009 i have a great spot taht i train all my range pures at get like 2k+ bronze arrows and u already have 31 mage so ur good grab an air staff and 27 laws (carry nothing in ur invo u cant get hit btw) kill the hob goblins telegrab limpwurt roots and gems emerald and up (sapphires arent worth the space that you could use with alimp) you make money off this aswell 1100 total achieved 03/02/09 880thousandth to reach it :P1200 total achieved 29/09/11 1.23millionth to reach it :P Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ankous have lower defence than cockroaches so you'd get better xp. Worse drops though, but the safespot there is one of the best in F2P; there's like five or six spawns. The safespot's on the south side of the southwestern room on the fourth level.
