I now got the cash needed for Bandos tassets, but I'm hesitating to buy them. Are they really worth 11,6 mil? Should I just stick to Verac's Skirt?

i had them there not worth it at all, i prefer just using dharoks legs...better defence and 11.4mil cheaper

If you have a lot of spare money go ahead. They're good in any situation where you don't need the defence of barrows. However if you Piety (even at armoured zombies) then you should use Verac's.

1) + 2 str is nothing

 

2) + 1 prayer is nothing

 

3) defense, but ranged defence, is rubbish compared to barrows

 

4) 11.6M when you only have 12m? Big no

 

 

 

There's so much more useful stuff you can buy with 11.6M

buy a zerker or fury first..

 

 

 

tassets isnt wort it imo.. buy verac legs.. they have +4 prayer and more def.. if your praying 10% str youll have more str then the tasset will ever give..

Buy 70 prayer and like Gonalo40 said fury and zerker ring.

 

Then if you have enough left over supplies for 67/68/69 summoning or a sara sword.

Any advice on what i should use my cash on instead then perhaps? And no, the tassets wouldn't break my bank.. I'll have about 1 mil left which is enough for food, pots or whatever you might need imo. : Seeing as I'm going for 99 hunt i'll earn about 9-10 mils in the upcoming week anyway.

Saradomin sword is not an option since whip + rune defender is better.. Especially since I'm basicly only training on controlled during slayer tasks. :

 

 

 

Yes, I will be getting both 70 prayer and 70 summoning, although not in the upcoming week. And by the time I want them.. Money isn't a problem.

Stick with the skirt. 1m left over is hardly enough to strive off of. (Yes I read, you will be getting more money back) But if you are doing hunter what good will tassets do you sitting in the bank? Hold off on it, the price isn't going anywhere.

 

 

 

If, when you finish hunter, you feel as though it is absolutely necessary to buy the Tassets, then by all means buy them. By the time you figure out there is no difference (other than looks) from a Verac skirt the price will still be the same and you can resell them to another person.
