March 19, 200917 yr I want to get a skillcape, but I am quite poor. I have about 4.1mil right now, 2.6mil invested in MTK. What would be the least money consuming way to level up these two skills? If someone can give me an estimate on the cost, that'd be great. :thumbsup: I might also be getting 99 hunter. I like that skill. Ok... Im not that good. But I have an anchor!!!
March 19, 200917 yr For firemaking it would take about 135k willows to burn; that's 2.3mil or so and it would take about 91k maples: that's about 3.5mil. I'm not sure about flecthing because I'm not a member. :(

March 20, 200917 yr Just do willow longs, you can change to maple longs or yew longs, it's up to you when you want to switch. Maple's would cost more, but it would go a little faster, so it's up to you. Willow Logs = 18gp Maple Logs = 36gp Stringing is up to you, it'd cost more, but again, will go faster. When you reach 70 for yew longs: Yew Logs = 432gp + Bow Strings = 181gp ----------------------------- Total = 613gp - Yew Long = 642 ----------------------- Total = 29gp profit per bow (taken from GE on 3/20/2009) Now, if you didn't want to string: Yew Logs = 432gp - Yew Long (u) = 429gp ------------------------------ Total = 3gp loss per bow From 70, you'll need 81,979 Yew Longs (s) to get to 99. That'd be a 2.3m profit, but prices always change, so you could make more or less, depending on which way they change. On the other hand, you'd need 163,958 Yew Longs (u) to get to 99. That's just under a 500k loss to 99, but again, prices always change, so you could make more, or you could make less. March 21, 200917 yr Fletching is profit so you will make money not lose it buy the flax buy the yew logs cut the yews spin the flax attach bow string to yew longs (u) and sell for medium at least and wallah profit :D
