You're missing out on some epic xp and crimsons from the chaos tunnels. You dont get piled often, and if you do, only by 2, and you should be praying anyway I dont need a siggy no moar. I suggest ranging and using a safespot (west of north in the room), so the cannon acts like it's in multicombat. I put mine like a few square to the north-west and ranged from the other side. This area is much better then the other one i was using.
