Jad Healing Glitch?

Featured Replies

Today, I decided to do fight caves, It was all running smoothly, got to jad, and got all 4 healers on me without a hitch, BUT, after about 5 minutes of attacking jad with the healers on me, I noticed jad was still being healed...can anyone explain this? or is it just a glitch?

Healers can respawn if Jad gets back to 1/2 health. Most likely you killed one of the healers.

I didn't kill any of the healers, but your saying that if the four original healers get him past half hp, then i get him back down to half hp then even more can spawn? So I could end up having 8 healers?

I don't believe so, but I have yet to get the fire cape. Statistically, the chances of it being a bug are quite slim though, which is why I am doubtful.

I got this problem too. Just ATTACK THEM ALL AGAIN. They start healing jad after every minute or so agian.

You sure? I keep getting mixed answers, peopel tell me to kill them etc.

I'm pretty sure that if u don't kill them they make it difficult to kill jad because they just keep healing him. so its best to just kill them then kill jad. Idk though, i just got to jad and never had a chance to kill him. Maybe take a look at Muggi's guide and see what it says.

I got a fire cape to prove it. Every time you see them heal jad, just attack them all once. It would be great if you have 80+ def so you can ignore their hits.

I have 85 def, but what do I do just attack them or kill them?

I don't have a fire cape yet, but as nmanitstinksn, who has a firecape said, just attack them all once and they should stop healing for a bit.

99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving.

Jagex'd out of my untrimmed hp cape on 6/14/2011.

Well when the healers appear, you should attack them, to stop them from healing Jad. Then get Jad BELOW half health, THEN kill the healers. If you kill the healers AFTER they heal Jad to over half health, they'll respawn again once it reaches half health again.

If that happens you have to fight 8 in TOTAL, by the way. ALWAYS GET JAD DOWN TO BELOW HALF HEALTH BEFORE KILLING ALL HEALERS!
