How can I delete a post or thread I've made on these forums?

Featured Replies

report the post to contact a mod so you can get it locked and let it die. (if you mean delete a whole thread)

If you mean a single post then you can just edit it to say nothing i guess, but i don't think you can delete it wholly

There are three sides to every story: There's one side, there's the other, and there's the truth.

You can't delete your own posts/threads. But yeah just report it

Because forums can get messy if someone decides to trash their own posts. It's generally unwanted to trash posts. What if you posted in a thread.. some people responded, and you decided to delete your post? Next to that, since there are only a select few valid reasons to actually delete a post, it's good that only the moderators are given the possibility to trash posts.

plus i others can read it even if its closed so they dont have to ask the same question...its saved me a few times
