March 23, 200917 yr Any version of GIMP/ Photoshop can do that. That image isn't really realistic.. to do that you need to change the color using the Hue/Saturation tool.
March 23, 200917 yr Yeah, that image looks terrible, to be honest. Use GIMP, select the face with the lasso tool, and use Hue/Saturation to mess with the color. Thanks to Uno for the awsome sig <3

Only select the part you want changed, and don't select the lips. I think you can hold down control and remove an area from your selection, but the little bar at the bottom can tell you, or you could look it up in GIMP help. Getting the color is all up to you, you just have to mess around with it until you get what you like. Thanks to Uno for the awsome sig <3
