A friend of mine is trying to get to 70+ Runecrafting. He is 60 now and he has been doing Natures since 44. He says he is bored to hell of doing Natures and was thinking of doing G O P till 70. Wise or Unwise? Fast or Slow exp? Im pretty sure he will be making some kind of Profit?

 

 

 

I also told him to so the ZMI altar and to use the bank underground(were you need to pay in runes). But i wasnt sure how that bank works so i could not supply him with enough information.

GOP has to set xp rate because it depends on how good your team is or if you do a game where people agreee to have each team win half the games. Even if you win every game, the xp rate is abysmal. But, you can get the alter tabs, which take all the running out of getting to crafting alters, and something like a few dueling rings can easily be made/bought to return to a bank.

Anyway ZMI is the best for fast exp, and you can break even at level ~65.

 

 

 

The best way is to be on lunar and bank on the island...

 

Just take a bull ant/terrorbird with scrolls - or an abyssal familiar and use energy pots when you bank.

 

Be sure to take pouches too...

 

 

 

I have no experience with the GOP - sorry.

Do 50/50s, and buy P ess. Its a great money maker, not sure on XP though.

On F2P, I average about 1.2k xp per game (scoring about 25 to 20 on air, 5/8 on mind, 20/15 water, 10/7 earth, 25/18 fire, 24/15 mind) (3-4k xp /hour).

 

Its about the same as normal air running, but once you get tablets, you can do air runs in about 25-30 seconds (teleport to falador, run to bank, air tablet, craft, repeat).

 

This is probably 10k xp / hour, but very tedious.

 

 

 

With P2P, more altars, pouches to craft at later times, etc, you'd probably get around 8-10k xp / hour.

I get around 1.3k-1.7k xp every game of GOP. But I'm a FTP player. So I'm guessing a PTP player will get around 2K xp every game. That is, if you know how to play GOP. Otherwise you'll most likely get less xp.
