March 30, 200917 yr I guess lvl 25 flesh crawlers in lvl 2 SoS will be your best bet. I met a guy over there with 40att 1 def 96str there. U should check him out, by the time now he could be 99 str with 40 att and 1 def. His name was medusaisfake.

March 30, 200917 yr I am 99 strength, 98 attack and 88 defense. Flesh crawlers, if you let them autoattack, only gives me about 45k exp per hour. With 1 defense, you'd have to make more food trips than me, so that, along with your low attack and strength, will put you at probably 30-33k exp per hour.
March 30, 200917 yr I like the spiders on the 3rd level in SoS. They auto attack you there about lvl 50 and i see people upto lvl 120+ training there :) With 10 Defense? No, with those stats, your best bet is to train at the Flesh Crawlers (2nd Level of the Stronghold of Security). 100% F2P99 Defense, Tuesday February 10th 200999 Attack, Tuesday May 26th 200962,189th to get it

No, with those stats, your best bet is to train at the Flesh Crawlers (2nd Level of the Stronghold of Security). +1 i have 75 defence and find it a waste of time because of their ability to hit multiple 6/7s fleshies=max of 1 lol 1100 total achieved 03/02/09 880thousandth to reach it :P1200 total achieved 29/09/11 1.23millionth to reach it :P
