I am not really stressed over whether I will win, but thought it came out nicely. But all that manual dithering...wow...just too long to do. I think I like the digital work better :) And I can get large prints of it when I am done.

Edit: re-worked the face a bit.

Woah, tttia pixelling? Never thought I'd see that ;)

But yeah, its always good to try something new, even if its just to try it out for a bit..

The sig itself looks pretty good, very defined style, a bit gritty, but it is'nt really bothering.

Shading on the arms could be done a bit better, they look a little flat right now, mainly the arm holding up the snowboard.

But overall, very good for a second one.

But you also have a bit of digital painting experience in the bag though ;)

lol, that looks pretty cool, and it's quite easy to see that your pixels are influence by your digital paintings :P

The manual dithering migth be overdone, it looks grainy. You have very little contrast, so the dithering only makes it harder (being that it is used to blend) to see the differance between her skin and shoes and the snow. Also, you seem to have lots of noticable jaggies that can be taken care of with some manual AA  I think her anatomy is a little of in the pelvic region as well.

Overall, alot better than the majority of 2nd pieces, I applaud you.

Updated the face a bit.

I find faces frustrating in pixel. there is just not enough space to put all the elements in the right way.

it look like umm.. rought lol the edges arent smooth it would look better if u smoothed the edges.

ahh it burns!! a 2nd sig and it owns a lot :D , honestly its really good but you gotta remember to pick up pixeling techniques cus you cant just draw in paint to make it a pixel piece, I know you have loads of experience from your other non pixel related art so I guess thats really helped ya for when it comes to pixeling but try look at challenging yourself.. take a look at godslayers doin, limiting himself to less colours and trying to do 'true' pixel art, but thats just id you wanna do that cus if you keep this up you'll just rock  . theres no 'right way' to do it so please just experiment as much as you can if you wanna be great at pixel sigs..

could probably add more into that picture but don't clutter it, and use friendlier tones for colouring cus some tend to clash terribly from what Ive found.
