Here's a whacky one that I've heard about:

 

 

 

The French call April 1 Poisson d'Avril, or "April Fish." French children sometimes tape a picture of a fish on the back of their schoolmates, crying "Poisson d'Avril" when the prank is discovered.

 

 

 

 

 

Does your country have strange traditions for April 1? What pranks do you usually do on April Fools?

Umm...... you could have just previewed that to see if any of them were changed. Plus they would be common words. Like prank or something you would say on April 1st.
