April 1, 200917 yr Get 99 Construction, then plan your house. I wasted 100M+ doing it the way you're probably thinking of doing it (a bit at a time.) So, again, build nothing but the absolutely essentials until you reach 99.
April 1, 200917 yr Keep portal rooms, altar, lectern as close to portal as possible for convenience. Personally I'd make my house a 3X3 square. Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:
