April 6, 200917 yr Hey guys, I have been looking into soloing bandos a lot lately, but every guide I look at involves summoning. I was wondering if it would be possible to solo bandos without summoning. I have 99 attack, 99 strength, 94 defense, and 60 pray(no piety). I have very basic items such as a whip, with 38m cash, but I would like to keep my budget under 5m. Is it possible to do, if so what should I wear/bring? If anyone has a guide link, that would be great, thanks.
April 6, 200917 yr Get a bandos godsword. I think you will get 1 kill average with your stats sometimes maybe 2.[normally only fill them up with sharks] may i ask why you dont train summoning? Tip.it's 2nd unoffical Go player sm3x;
April 6, 200917 yr Author Summoning to me seems pointless, complex, and to be a waste of money. It is not my only level one stat, i have two others, construction, and farming. But, I do plan on getting summoning after i reach 122 combat, the max f2p I'll ever be. What armour?
April 6, 200917 yr I'm fairly certain that it is completely impossible for you to get 2 kills with your stats unless you get extremely lucky. You MIGHT get one kill, but losing the 25% defense from piety makes a HUGE difference, and also you will be killing more slowly. You could definately get at least one kill if you got 70 prayer, though, and look at toast's guide in AOW. Yes. Here's two videos to help you decide. I got 4 kills with both, but i found whip best. [yt]FYdiEQZP5nQ[/yt] [yt]V87sOyzEl5A[/yt] Abyssal whip speed and good accuracy and Rune defender's attack bonus beats Godsword at maxed level. You should try it 10 times before you decide for Godsword or Abyssal whip. The reason why most players find Abyssal whip bad is because they either don't have to good levels or they are not using Rune defender. Whip + Defender. Ask sirhemen for further proof. I can get 4 kills per trip with a tortise (sometimes 5) with whip + defender, and my average is considerably higher then with GS. Karils top + Bandos tassets, swap it out for a zammy robe top while getting KC. Oh, and DFS stinks horribly. That's where most people get the 'teh whipz suckzorz!' arguments from. But let's look at why Godsword was bought mostly for other than their specs: - For their accuracy and their uses at Bandos and Zamorak boss. It seems Whip beats Godsword, so then Godsword is more of a waste than ever.
